Terms and information on the processing of personal data - Cookies

STAPA TP, sro, Slnečná 1292/32 916 21 Čachtice IČO: 48054062 (hereinafter referred to as “STAPA TP”) as the operator acquires and processes personal data of the persons concerned, to whom it hereby provides information in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (“GDPR”) and with regard to Act no. 18/2018 Z.z. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws ("ZOOÚ").


Cookies are small text files that your Internet browser stores or retrieves on the hard drive of your terminal (such as a computer, laptop, or smartphone) through websites you visit for the purpose of storing certain information or image files, such as . pixels. The next time you visit our website on the same device, your cookie information will already be stored. Cookies are transmitted either to our website ("own cookies") or to another website to which the cookies belong ("external cookies" or "third party cookies"). If you visit our website from a device other than the one on which you have already set cookies or if there is a change in the process of processing cookies (eg deadline adjustment, etc.) you will be asked again to set your cookies on our website. page t. j. for example, giving your consent and / or setting your preferences. From the point of view of OU protection, it is important to assess what data is contained in a particular cookie. If the data entered in the cookie includes any identifier that, alone or in combination with other data, is able to directly or indirectly identify a natural person - user of the web browser, such a cookie will have to be considered as a CA within the meaning of Article 4 (1). 1 GDPR.

STAPA TP does not disclose personal data to any third parties other than those required by law or these personal data processing conditions. STAPA TP does not personally transfer personal data to third countries (outside the European Union / European Economic Area). STAPA TP does not process personal data for the purposes of automated decision-making, including profiling.

Where, for one of the purposes of processing, the legal basis for the processing of personal data is a contract, the provision of such data constitutes a contractual requirement for performance under that contract. If this information is not provided, it is not possible to enter into a contractual relationship or subsequent performance of the contract. If the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the law, the provision of such data is a legal requirement. If this information is not provided, it is not possible to ensure proper fulfillment of STAPA TP's obligations under the relevant general legislation.


In relation to the processing of personal data, the data subject shall in particular have the following rights:


  • 1. upon request, request confirmation from STAPA TP whether or not it is personally processed (access to personal data), under what conditions, including the scope, purpose and duration of their processing, and information on the source of the personal data concerned;
  • 2. on the basis of a request to request from STAPA TP the correction of incorrect or outdated personal data, resp. completion of incomplete personal data;
  • 3. upon request, request the deletion / destruction of personal data from STAPA TP if:
  • a.Personal data are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were obtained or otherwise processed,
  • b. in cases where personal data have been processed on the basis of consent and this consent to the processing of personal data has been revoked, with no other legal basis for the processing of personal data or any other legal exception;
  • cli. if the data subject objects to the processing of personal data on grounds of legitimate interest and there are no legitimate grounds for processing or the data subject objects to direct marketing;
  • d. personal data are processed illegally;
  • e. personal data must be deleted in order to comply with the legal obligation,
  • 4. upon request, request from STAPA TP a restriction on the processing of personal data if:
  • a.The data subject objects to the accuracy of the personal data during the period allowing STAPA TP to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
  • b. the processing of personal data is illegal and the data subject objects to the deletion of personal data and instead calls for restrictions on their use;
  • cli. STAPA TP no longer needs personal data for the purpose of processing personal data, but the data subject needs them in order to assert a legal claim;
  • 5. in the case of personal data being processed on a legal basis which is consent, he has the right to withdraw that consent;
  • 6. on grounds relating to its specific situation, to object to the processing of personal data concerning it which is carried out either (A) due to the need to fulfill a task in the public interest or (B) based on the legitimate interest of STAPA TP as a personal data controller, including objections to profiling based on those legal bases (in cases where STAPA TP would perform profiling based on automated decision-making);
  • 7. to file a motion to initiate proceedings with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

Requests in connection with the above rights, the person concerned is entitled to apply stapa@stapask.sk, or in person or by mail to the address of the operator. Both the subject of the e-mail and the letter must include the Privacy Policy "Cookies".


Replies to the said person's requests or the action taken on those requests shall be provided free of charge. If the data subject's request is manifestly unfounded or disproportionate, in particular because of his recurring nature (recurring request), STAPA TP has the right to charge a fee taking into account its administrative costs of providing information or a reasonable fee taking into account its administrative costs of notification, resp. to take the requested action or has the right to refuse to act on such a request.
